Leading Indonesian law firm Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung has advised the underwriters of a US$3 billion dual-currency Indonesian government global bond issue registered with the Securities Exchange Commission.
The issuance includes 10-year tranche USD-denominated notes with a coupon of 2.850%, 30-year tranche USD-denominated notes with a coupon of 3.700% and 7-year tranche EUR-denominated notes with a coupon of 0.900%.
The underwriters were Citigroup Global Markets, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Mandiri Securities and Société Générale.
This is the first government global bond issuance on which the firm has advised and marks the first international debt capital market entry by an Indonesian issuer in 2020.
